We are a family of 4 who are moving overseas and looking for a new flatmate in our cosy home. It is a large bedroom with walk in wardrobe. The surrounding is quiet (cul-de-sac) and have easy access to motorway, Glenfield mall (3 mins drive), public transport (bus stop is 1 min walk away!) and shops (3mins walk). You will only need to share the bathroom and toilet with another female flatmate. This room is located at very central Glenfield / North Shore location.

This is not a party house - all flatmates have regular schedules working full time. We prefer someone who is working or studying, clean, tidy, pays rent on time. Room is unfurnished - there will be a drawer and built in wardrobe. Please note photos shown do not depict the actual furniture as they are taken prior to current flatmate moving in. We are currently organizing things to relocate. The room will be available from mid June but we are flexible around this for the right person.

Flatmate will be 1x kiwi lady and 1 asian male.
