ちょっと韓国に行くことになってスカイシティ近くの長期/短期プラットメイトを探します。

期間は6月25~12月中旬まで(期間調整可能)

最低3ヶ月居住可能でなければなりません。

*入居時2週間ボンド費+2週間前払い:合計$1,400

-カップルの時週$380

*入居時2週間ボンドビー+2週間前払い:合計$1,520

-電気、水道及びWi-Fi無料

部屋2つ、浴室2つで、そのうち一部屋生活すればいいです。(部屋が大きいです!!!!)

使用する1ルーム：クイーンサイズベッド、机、クローゼット、個人用キャビネット

リビング&キッチンだけシェアして、基本食器は備えられています。(水筒&カトラリーセットだけ持って来ればいいです)

近くにバス停、リクォーショップ、韓人マート、カフェがあって便利です。

個人生活に不便がないように基本ルールだけ守ればいいです。

I'm going to Korea for a while, so I'm looking for a long-term/short-term flatmate near Sky City.

The period is from June 25 to mid-December (period can be adjusted)

You must be able to live for at least 3 months.

-When it's single: $350 per week

*2 weeks of bond fee + 2 weeks of prepayment at the time of move-in: $1,400 in total

There are 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, and you can live in one of them.( The room is big!!!!)

1 room to use: queen size bed, desk, closet, personalization room

Only the living room & kitchen are shared, and basic tableware is provided.( You only need to bring a water bottle & cutler set)

It's convenient because there's a bus stop, a coffee shop, a Korean mart, and a cafe nearby.

You just need to follow the basic rules so that there is no inconvenience in your personal life.
