ガレージ、庭、洗濯室・光熱費、ネット込み　週＄230　ボンドは2週間分
※ガスの家なので　お湯の量を気にしなくてよいので　とても　使いやすいです。
近所にバス停、YMCA　デイリー、毎日のウォーキングは　Mt.Wellington へどうぞ！

Location : 135 victoria street west ( everything is within walking distance Queen street ,countdown, gym,cafes etc)
