・エリア：East Auckland (Botany, Flat Bush, East Tamakiやその周辺、Mt Wellington, Panmure辺りも検討しています)
・1 bed 1 bath のユニットもしくはStidio/Ensuite room
・フラットの場合、他のフラットメイトは女性1人を希望しています（英語環境OKです）
・ベッドや家具が備え付けだとありがたいです
・車一台を敷地内に駐車可能な所を探しています
・レント：〜$370/pw（光熱費、諸費用込み）希望です
・入居可能時期：7月〜

当方、フルタイムで働いている女性（永住権保持、ノンスモーカー）となります。静かで綺麗好きで、必要でしたら過去の家主からリファレンスを提供できます。
